This time, I had a roof leak, and who knows how long it had been leaking, as it was leaking into a tub in the attic. I called and scheduled them to check it out and Greg was on-time and honest! I asked him when it could get done (I think it was a simple repair for them, but it wouldn't have been for me!) and he said he could come out the next day because we were expecting rain.
